Chef Scott Boswell announces "Stanley at the Track" at NOLA Motorsports Park

New Orleans Chef and Restaurateur, Scott Boswell is opening a second Stanley location-appropriately named, "Stanley at the Track," at the new state-of-the art motorsports facility, NOLA Motorsport Park.

Chef Scott Boswell is a Louisiana native and long time New Orleans resident, so he knows good cooking. More than a Chef, he is an artist and a motorsports enthusiast; putting his heart and soul into not only the creation of each dish but also racing. Starting his cooking career at age 30 has proved beneficial for Chef Boswell. It has allowed him to bring myriad extra-culinary experiences into his kitchen as inspiration.

With a “Five Bean” rating under his belt at Stella!, Chef Boswell is taking a global aim with Scott Boswell Enterprises and Restaurant Stanley. The plan is simple: Deliver high quality New Orleans’ comfort food with a twist, to every corner of the globe.

As an active member of the Culinary Council for the Bocuse D'or U.S.A. Foundation, Chef Boswell has traveled to promote the education of young, talented chefs. It was at an event in Florida where Boswell would be introduced to Mr. Laney Chouest where they bonded over their infatuation with motorsports. Chef Boswell is excited to be a part of NOLA Motorsports Park where his passion for food can be expressed alongside his newfound love, racing.

Stanley at the Track is Boswell's way to provide track attendees with his favorite dishes further enhancing an already exciting track experience.
